Hey, everyone listening to the podcast. This is Ari, and I want to share with you something pretty special that was quite newsworthy this week from The Beat, which is my entire interview with Jerome Corsey, a key witness in the Mueller probe and an associate of Roger Stone.

If you've been reading the internet or the papers, you may have noticed our interview on The Beat got written up in the New York Times and Rolling Stone and a lot

of other outlets.

And that's partly because of what Mr. Corsi revealed in the interview, confessing that

he arranged with Roger Stone to lie to Congress and submitted fraudulent materials to do so,

that he did actively try to get information on those stolen Clinton emails back to help

the Trump campaign, that he absolutely intended it to benefit Donald Trump.

That, as you may know, is kind of a big deal.

And that he was the source to Roger Stone about tips regarding John Podesta's stolen emails,

although he says the way he learned that was by teaching himself through a kind of, quote, divine

intervention, not that he actually found out from WikiLeaks intermediaries, but, and this is critical,

you'll hear in the interview he admits to me that Roger Stone may think Mr. Corsi was the famed

intermediary. Many of those things are important because they deeply delve into where the mystery

of the Russia probe is headed,

as well as potential crimes.

Finally, Mr. Corsi said that he thought the interview was fair.

I appreciate that, and that he's prepared to die in jail.
