Hello and welcome.

I would like to offer a forgiveness meditation for you today.

So find a comfortable and quiet place and ask the Holy Spirit to lead you through these

steps.

You can pray this meditation as many times as needed and for as long as it takes.

Certain wounds take a long time to heal and that is okay.

So let's begin in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, amen.

Jesus, we open our hearts to you today in this place of forgiveness.

And we ask that you would cover us in your precious blood, that you would defend us against

any attacks of the enemy, and that you would lead us in guidance and the safety of your

love.

We ask you Holy Spirit to open our hearts to soften our hearts, to illumine our hearts,

that we will be docile and open to your gentle inspirations and promptings.

We ask you Father, that you would Father us as your sons and daughters, that you would

lead us in guidance.

When we ask you Mother Mary, you who are the woman of forgiveness, you who teach us how

to forgive.

Please intercede for us to your Son, that our hearts would be made whole in Him.

And we make this prayer through Christ our Lord.

Amen.

and it could be a family member, a friend, an abuser, it could be yourself.
