Yes, hello there, this is a bonus episode of Join Up Dots. Yes, it's these small little motivational nuggets and I just love doing. I just love doing these and these are never going to stop so I'm going to keep on doing them to you because you

started getting on a flow now and the first sort of few emails I was getting based

around the show were quite similar, but now they're starting to really pose some

interesting questions and questions that make you stopping your tracks. And it's really interesting, really. When you are doing a show like Join Up Dots and you're talking

about similar subjects every single day.

When somebody then poses something based on what you've been talking about, more often than

not you realize you've been talking about it but you haven't really worked out why you're talking about it, what it actually means to you.

And it's like when your kid comes home and asks you, you know, why is the sunshine hot or why is the rain wet you kind of go well because

it is that's what it is but of course you need an answer and today's email is
