Summary

As many of you know, I studied at the Antonelli Institute of Graphic Design and Photography and when they asked me to come back and speak to the entire photography class, I jumped on that opportunity.

They didn't tell me what to say, other than to be myself and say it like it is.

What do you say to a hundred photographers, half of whom will be graduating only days later? Do you tell them they won't find jobs out there? No. Do you tell them it's hard to make it? Yes, but in a way that gives them a direction to be successful.

My goal with speaking to the class was to try and give them a realistic look at things they can do to be heard in this very crowded world of photography.

I really hope you enjoy this speech and are able to take something from it.
