Hey guys, it's day 28 of the whole 30 feeling fantastic. So Claire

was talking about the other day of how it really is easy at the end I can

absolutely see how towards the end of the whole 30 you could be like hmm this is

close enough why not just stop now but I really agree with Claire that it's important to finish

something that you start if that's really a goal of yours, right? So I don't want to say that if you do it and only do it for 10 days and stop and you didn't make it for the whole 30 that you failed. But at this point point I feel like my goal really is to see it through and

that feels good for me and I'm able to do it and it feels just great. Okay, so that is where I'm at right now and I really see the value

of just saying, all right, we're going to do this and we're going to finish it and there's a little bit of that

Tug to just kind of not give up but just say well I'm just done enough and you know I'm going through a hard time in my life and

kind of be quiet with myself it really is important to me to finish this and I want to kind of get to it at the end and say, I'm proud, I did it, wow, I didn't think, I really didn't think I was going to be able to I

not that I'm like crazy addicted to sugar or any types of foods but it really does

make you reflect and I think the piece that I will take away and continue to take away anytime we do something related to health is that if you can take away one small habit over time every time you do something for your health, it really adds up. It totally adds up.

that each time I do something I never see I never look at it as like I have to

go all in and that's where I think we fail with a lot of these
