Hey Family. Good morning. It is June 8th Thursday. This would be day 25 of the Whole 30 and I just wanted to do a quick update. It's really

funny because I've been doing my updates on my drive to and from the gym as you guys have noticed.

I'm still kind of gathering my thoughts but something that has been really cool for me to see is that our bodies are so

smart and I think we underestimate how smart our bodies are and our biology is so smart and what is very evident to me is that my body no longer craves sugar and holy cow all the stuff that I was

feeding it is it was reacting in that way and my mind thought it was okay and you're fed a lot of the, you know, quote unquote, fake foods that will satisfy a craving, but why do we have the craving in the first place and I think that that is what we need to be looking at instead and you know what that stupid
