Good morning. It is Whole 30, day 2, May 16th. I just wanted to check in and share some thoughts

from our first day of Whole 30. It went really well for me. You know, they have that Whole 30, it went really well for me.

fourth or fifth whole 30 and I've done a couple of other paleo, very similar paleo challenges besides

that but, so I know that it's sort of a false sense of security but at the same time it's nice to feel that

way and last night for dinner. security, but at the same time it's nice to feel that way.

And last night for dinner, we had salmon with lemon and

steamed green beans, which I have to admit I was a little disappointed

that I couldn't slather them in butter, which I have to admit I was a little disappointed that I couldn't slaughter them in butter,

And then we pan-fried some potatoes and made some guacamole and ate some guacamole on the potatoes and so it was definitely a much

higher fat meal than what I have been eating on macros and it felt really nice to just not have

to worry about that and for me my body feels and I know I've talked

about this in the podcast and my body feels so much more satiated with fat than it ever does with

carbs and you know I know some people feel like they really need a lot of

carbs like Brandon is one of those people I know Joy is one of those people

kind of that more like ectomorph physiology I think does better with

higher carbs but I've always felt like I do better with with higher fat and I toyed with that a little bit in my macros
