Whole 30 day 9. God no it's not day 9 it's day 10. I clearly am awake today

sorry that's my car be being I just got out of the gym and I'm really just kind of foggy today

Fog brain I slept pretty decent, but I just notice a little bit of

fog brain in the morning these days, as well as off moods, irritability, same stuff there.

I have mood swings and kind of just feeling crappy and low, but I am trying to be nice as

There's really not, I tend to say, other than I've just been really noticing my patterns and habits a little more acutely. I also am very aware that because

tendency to over-analyze everything that we're going through. I think I can speak for both of us when we say it's kind of like

You're almost picking at things a little more under the microscope. So I'm just you know I'm just rolling with it. It's like okay. I notice it, but am I going to read into it too much? Not really we can really go down rabbit holes and I think that that's what we are not about as far as health and wellness. We don't want to get too crazy. So I think more than anything, what's come to mind for me is the rules and the things that, kind of what Claire talked about yesterday which I loved
