and I exploded with energy.

Kind of opposite experiences, if you ask me.

As I told you last, as I told you in my previous email, Casey had a little injury to his throat,

which to a podcaster is essentially a death knell.

I'm in Hawaii enjoying a little sun and surf, mangoes, poy. Hmm, what else? Guava? Sure. Maybe I'll eat a banana or two.
