Since the Harvey Weinstein revelations erupted a few weeks ago, sexual harassment has exploded into the headlines.

I know a lot of us are hoping that maybe this really will be a moment that could galvanise change.

And given some of the stories just in the last couple of days, with companies disassociating themselves from some of the perpetrators, their agents walking away,

I'm cautiously optimistic that this behaviour just will not be

culturally acceptable the way it has been till now, that the tide truly is turning. It seems a

fitting moment to re-release a show I first produced in the winter of 2016. This was months before we knew about Donald Trump and the

Access Hollywood tapes, before the Bill Cosby trial, and before all the revelations about

serial harassment by famous names at Fox News. But every word in this show is just as relevant now

as it was then. In it, you'll hear a listener's story, but not through

her. Like so many women, she was too worried to speak publicly in case she lost her job. And stay
