I am so excited about this book. I am so excited. And I love getting to do these bonus episodes because it's just sort of like our chance for our she's to get to kind of hear. The what and why is what we talked about last week? Like what is it accurate? Like what is it devotional? Like what were you trying to do? And why? And who'd you make it for? And what are we talking about this week, Amanda? So all of that was last week's bonus episode. And this week we're going to talk a little bit about the design of the book. But here's what I love about doing these episodes. Because here's what happens in traditional publishing, which is like these longer timelines.

That's right.

She Reach Truth kind of exists on a different plane where we're just like, go, good, go, go.

And just publishing 12 reading guides a year.

Not normal.

That's not normal.

And so when you're doing something with a publishing partner, as we have done with the Bible is for you, there's a little bit of a hurry up and wait.

So you're like, they're so busy.

We're so busy trying to meet the manuscript deadline, then do edits, do all the things.

And then it's almost like it never happened.

Right.

It's like you have these months where it's just maybe a meeting here or there, but really nothing else. And our manuscript deadline was last September. Sounds familiar. I think. It's hard to say for sure. And when it's time, you're like, oh, oh, I forgot that was that happening. Here we go. And then you get to like remit your book. I know. And it's so special. So that's kind of why I wanted to say it that way and like let you all in on how that

feels from our perspective because it kind of explains this sort of like newness that we're

feeling right now.

Yeah.

We're getting reacquainted with this book and remembering why we made the decisions we made

and how the Lord was so like specifically kind and faithful in the entire process.

That's so true.

And so it really is, these conversations are for you and also for us because it's just fun to think
