Big time 80s style as your favorite cartoons and toys of that era are back once again as comic books from all

manner of different publishers it's Transformers it's G.I. Joe it's Battle of the

planets it's Thundercats it's Space Ghost the licenses are back they're booming

that the cycle is in full effect we We're going to examine all of these new

announcements and just why is it that publishers clamor for these licenses in the first place?

It grows out of the final couple of announcements from New York Comic-Con that were presented while we were

there that hit the news sites. The publishers wanted to have something on hand. That's very

common. You know, for San Diego, New York, you always get the big news. And additional publishers

came forward. And now it looks as if there are just all manner of licenses,

some that were dormant, some that have been passed company to company to company,
