I'm really good to be here, Father Harrison. Good to finally be able to talk to you.

We're supposed to get coffee together 14 months ago in Victoria.

And then I had a dense appointment I couldn't get out of.

And it was just, yeah.

You see, you have to understand as an islander to like drive, planning your day with an hour and a half drive, it's like a road trip.

Because to drive anywhere more than five, ten minutes is considered too far ago. Now, it wasn't that I was thinking at that day,

but it's just like, I didn't know it was a dentist appointment. I thought it was the

Salvation of Souls or something like that. Your work as a pastor. Now that I noticed a dentist

appointment. Well, I mean, I had to suffer the dentist appointment for the sake of my parishioners. That's one. And then, you know,

you mouth used to work in order to preach. So technically it was. Yeah, I know. I was really like,

I was like, I was like trying to move my schedule around and make it all work. I just, and I couldn't get down.

It's not an easy place to get to either. I came a long ways, but here we are 14 months later.

And then hopefully we'll be finding in person, in the flesh in the fall. That's right.

That'll be great. Yes. So, so, uh, uh, Luke is the author of a book called wanting, which is a kind of like popularly but also like not popular but not popular in like the usual sense of popular right like you're not you don't uh overly water it down you know it's not like

i'm just going to say three things and write 200 pages uh you're trying to popularize um gerard's thought

for day-to-day life but to make it really understand because he's not an easy guy but uh

why don't you just tell the people about yourself first.
