Hey, friends, how are you?

This is Danny Morrell, a very special and short episode of the Real Estate Sales Show.

I don't even know if I can necessarily count this as episode number 34, because I don't think it's going to be a full-fledged episode.

It's more of an exciting conversation that I wanted to have with all of you, our listeners of our show.

Listen, we started this show a little shy of a year ago.

And we started it because, quite frankly, we do what I believe to be a pretty good job on a day-to-day basis at not only training but teaching our sales agent at our brokerage, the proper skill sets, the proper time management, the proper sales skills, the proper mindset, the proper way to approach the real estate sales business.

And as a result of that training and that environment and that culture, you know, we have people who show up to the company, you know, selling X and a year

to two years later literally are transformed. They're brand new people. They don't even look the same,

quite frankly. And I'm talking literally. They don't look the same. And as a result like of that, I kind of personally felt that I had this little secret potion.

And I kind of felt at times as though I wanted to share it with the world, you know,

for no reason or all, just to share it because it's what I love to do on a day-to-day basis.

And that's what caused me to start the podcast.

Well, what happened with the podcast was that we started to get people literally from across the country.

And I'm not kidding you.

This is all over the place from New York to

Arizona Washington Texas state of Nevada you name it everywhere that are

thankful for the show but that also want more want you know want to be a part of

this magic on a day-to-day basis in some way,

shape, or form. And quite frankly, you know, we're, that's not the company that we are. We're a

real estate brokerage that wants to give back. And, and so unfortunately, I've been having to say,

you know, no to people. And I'll tell you what happened.
