Before we get into that, let me tell you guys what to expect today. Thank you for being here for today. Some of you don't know me. I'm Jody Moore.

I am the producer of the podcast, Bold New Mom. So maybe you've heard me on the podcast or maybe you've just seen me on Facebook or for some reason you ended up here, but I'm so glad that you're here.

I can't wait to help you take all of this to the next level, which is what coaching and live QA and application does. So that's why I wanted to offer these calls. This is the second one we've done this week.

I just quick background. I'm going to give you like a two minute background about me. Then I'm going to coach somebody and I'll be looking for a volunteer to be coached. I'm going to answer tons of questions. I'm pretty good at getting through a lot of questions quickly.

And then I am at the end of this call going to tell you guys about my B bold coaching program. And if you're not interested in that part, that's okay. That's only going to be at the very end. You can just drop off early.
