Amy Ross from our design services program, and I wanted to share that conversation with you.

We've mentioned it on the podcast many times, but we offer free design services in our stores and

online through virtual meetings, email, and by phone. So we have real interior designers,

We've talked about that on the show, but I wanted to know more from Amy about how the process

works and what you can expect from an appointment if you were to make one.

So like I said, Amy Ross is who I spoke with and she's been part of the Ballard

Designs Design Services Program for five years. But before that, she worked in the design

industry for over 20 years. She even had our own design firm, focused on residential interior

design. So she's very experienced and she brings all of that experience to an appointment you may have with her.

And she was fantastic.

She was very patient and very thoughtful.
