| 1:11.6 | I remember her fingers covered in soil, digging, leading, and planting and getting frustrated when things wouldn't flourish. |
| 1:21.6 | When one of my brothers died, she planted a tree in his honor. |
| 1:28.3 | That spot that she chose for the tree ended up killing every tree that she tried planting there. |
| 1:35.3 | She couldn't figure out why until she planted a Chinese maple. |
| 1:40.3 | This Chinese maple was able to root in this rocky and rather confusing patch of her yard, |
| 1:47.0 | and this tree is actually still there in her garden some 20 years later. |
