So my questions, we'll start with this one.

How unusual is this level of turnover in the White House?

Charlie, you've covered this,

you've covered the White House for decades.

Put it in context.

It's pretty unusual.

I think for most presidents, you know, it really depends some of them have had as many as four or five chief of staff over time and that would include an interim chief of staff others have had maybe two, maybe three.

What I think is really unusual is the level of turnover

and in such a compressed period of time.
