0:35.6	Glow and I wanted to talk about a program that we're involved in, a collective mindfulness and developmental practice, learning community under lower lights, which is the organization we run.

0:55.0	First, that it's called Spectra.

0:57.7	It has a name, and the name is Spectra.
1:02.1	Awesome.
1:02.9	So we're talking about it because we're, you know,
1:05.6	about halfway through our first year, our first cohort,
1:09.6	and we're inviting people to attend our second cohort, which
1:15.7	starts in May of 2020. Glow, you know, I invited you in because you're awful pretty, and
1:24.3	I like your company, and you have a lot of cohort experience.
1:29.4	This is your third year being in a collective cohort learning environment.
