Hi, mate. That was a very raunch intro, and I can guarantee you I'm not going to live up to

that billing. Mate. Under any circumstances. You've got to now. The damage is done. You've

got to live up to it. So much pressure.

We're going to talk a bit about you and your role and about 90 Min football. But to start off with,

you recently met Harry Winks and Son Heng Min. Tell us how that came about and what were they like.

So I do a little bit of work for Five Live Sport as well. I do a little bit of work with the BBC.

And they sometimes will have me on as someone who talks more generally about football but also about Spurs.

And they just kind of reached out and said, we're going to do one of these media days.

And I don't know whether you caught any of the coverage around it, just either on social or on TV or whatever.

But it's where the players go and do all of their walkings.

You know, they do the gifts and the green screens and everything.

And it is honestly a bit of a bit of a hellish day for most people

because they have all 30 players or whatever going around what looked like

these little gazebos in the indoor training

centre and they all go into one and then do their little line to camera and then they go into the

next one and they probably do I reckon over the course of the day they probably do about 40
