Rachel, September 2nd is drum roll please a week away. Oh, my word. I'm so excited. I know. This has been so fun. If you haven't listened to the first two episodes, and the first one, we kind of talked about, like, what is the book? Like, what did we do here? And then why? Like, but why did you do it? And then last week, we gushed about the design. And we're embarrassed of ourselves. Kind of a niche audience maybe for that one.

The point of episode two was design on purpose. Like, we do everything. We try to do everything

with intention. And really, like, what were the reasons for the decisions we made for design

because they were either going to be functional,

beautiful, or both, and often meaningful would be that third thing. And this week, we get to

talk about our experience, being authors again for the first time in seven years. That's shocking,

but it was seven years ago that the She reads Truth Bible released.

And since then, we haven't done a formal publishing project, Amanda. We have not. And, you know,

that has been, I was going to say that's been by design. Well, we all know it's been by the

Lord's design. It also, we were doing other things with the community and leading in other ways, this ministry, this business, this community.

And also, you know, when there are opportunities that you bring them before the Lord and it's just like, not yet.

Like it really is, your focus needs to be elsewhere. It needs to be on something else because a publishing project is rather consuming. Yeah. Because it's deadline oriented, especially when you're working, you're collaborating, which we're going to talk about and you have other people depending on you. It has kind of a new level of

intensity. Shout out to all our other fellow co-authors out there. You know what I'm talking about.

But I think we were both surprised if I'm going to be totally honest because I think that we just

have been, this has been an idea that is not a new idea on the table for our partnership with Lifeway

and B&H.

And it's been something that we just kind of like, nope, not yet, not yet, not yet.
