going to talk about today. The other decision we're waiting on, the one from the court of special

a non-a-new trial. So let's break that down. Back in February, of course, Judge Welch held

reopened post-conviction proceedings, during which evidence was presented on Don's two claims.

One, that he received ineffective assistance of counsel based upon Christina Gutierrez's failure

McLean, and two, that he either received ineffective assistance of counsel based upon
