I kicked off last week with a really great bike ride. It was a fantastic way to begin the week.

Regular Culeps listeners will know that one of my hobbies is riding my bike but lately I just haven't been able to get out

and ride as often as I'd like but on Monday I was finally able to remedy that. To remedy something means to fix something.

So I was finally able to fix not being able to ride my bike for a long time. So I got outside and I went for a wonderful ride on Monday morning.

It was a nice long peaceful ride. These days it's been incredibly hot here in Seoul and so so

humid as well. So to beat the heat I woke up really early in the morning, 4.45 in the morning, so that I could get outside and ride before the temperature got too hot.

So I woke up early, I had a cup of coffee, of course, gotta have my coffee. And then I checked my bike to make

sure it was in good condition and the tires were all pumped up and then I hit the road just after sunrise.
