Hi everyone this is Jen dear mom joins as always by dear dad this is our ultra marathon bonus episode. Apparently every time somebody runs an

ultramarathon, we do a bonus episode. No. Somebody being you. Well, almost you.

This weekend. It's not ultra marathon if it's less than a marathon.

I know, but you totally would have done the Ultra marathon if I hadn't been like, I'm not sure that this is the best idea.

I wouldn't give yourself that much credit.

So this weekend we ran the this race called the Palm 100 it was

started in Deerfield Beach which is just south of Boca Raton or Boca if you're one of those if not just people of South Florida.

Oh my God, my parents live in Boca.

Oh, north of Fort Lauderdale.

Yeah, north of Fort Lauderdale.

And then we ran through Boca Raton,

and Highland Beach and Del Rey Beach.

Del Rey was the turnaround, right?

No, it was your turn around.

And I ran all the way through Delray Beach and then

something north of that Jacksonville didn't quite make it to Jackson I didn't even make it to Palm Beach but

so I did the 50-miler they had a 100 K which I actually could I was gonna do and then I didn't do because I thought I wouldn't make it in time but I actually would have been fine.

I would have finished that in time.

Because there's a time limit for some of these ultras.

Yeah, I think they pretty much all have time limits.

And after the time limit limit they like take the

timers away they take the death to chip the food away and the water away and you're
