This is a trying time. There's so much chaos out there and there's a lot of uncertainty.

Much of the community is living in fear and I think there's a lot of uncertainty. Much of the community is living in fear and I think

there's a lot of legitimate concern. We're concerned for our own health, for the health of our loved

ones, just for shelter and supplies. Well, and for all those business owners out there, that, you know, they're closing down restaurants

and they're closing, and that's livelihood.

So there's a lot of uncertainty right now, like how long is this going to last, who's going

to get sick.

So today we just thought we would kind of talk about anxiety and fear and worry.

And really what we want to do is share some resources with you, share some tools.
