All right, so today I wanted to release a really quick bonus episode that's not a full-length one

because there's been a lot of news lately, both on card offers, some new cards launching,

So the first card I want to talk about is one maybe you haven't heard of and it's the Mesa

Homeowners Card.

And the reason I bring this up is because it is the first card that I'm aware of that lets

you earn points on your mortgage payments on a credit card that has no annual fee, no foreign

transaction fees, and you don't

even have to make your mortgage payments through the card.

They just want to validate that you have a mortgage.
