TV. Hi, Dave. So great to have you, Sarah, to talk about Department

Q, which is a new nine episode Netflix original series based on the book series by Danny

Schreder. You see Adler Olsen before we talk about the plot of the show, what happened in the show.

I guess let's just start by discussing overall thoughts. What did you think of department Q?

I loved it. I was hooked for by the end of the first episode. I was like all in and I watched

it over three days. It was a, I really, really liked it. I love a good detective story.

You do kind of have to wrangle with the copaganda of it all, but I think they

actually did a pretty good job of like all of the cops are kind of assholes and they're not really

good at solving crimes. They don't actually, they solve one crime the entire season and the crime is

years old. So, but yeah, I do love a good detective story and it did feel a little Sherlock-y and

it like, oh, he's the brilliant detective who's hard to get along with.

And I just thought it was a really great ensemble.

It was enjoyable to watch all of those actors.

I'm a huge fan of Matthew Good.

So I really enjoy when he gets a leading role because I feel like a lot of the times he
