Julianne earned her bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Massachusetts

and her master's degree in training and development from Leslie University in Cambridge.

She is a coach and an expert in leadership program design and delivery with broad work

experience in industry such as technology, banking, consumer goods, retail, and finance.

So the first thing I want to do is I want to talk about your ADHD first.

Is that okay?

Absolutely.

Okay.

So when were you diagnosed?

Well, officially, I was diagnosed for my 55th birthday gift to myself.

I had known probably the majority of my life that something was different.

I knew that I had struggles and I just sort of went with it because I didn't know any

difference.
