and I thought I would share one of them with you in case you'd like to hear it.

And because it's a business-related podcast, I thought I would make this into a bonus episode.

I've done several of these lately.

I did, even though I'm not a musician, I did Musicpreneur, which is a neat podcast hosted by our friend James Newcomb,

who's been a guest on this show. I was on again, this time on the Nathan Fraser show with

Nathan Fraser. We talked about business stuff. And then finally, I was just on, and this is the

episode I'm playing for you, the Six Figure Grind podcast, which you can check out at six-figuregrind.com,

hosted by Kevin Geary, who's been very successful in his own right in the fitness and

nutrition realm. And we had a very good conversation, I think, very interesting. And we kind of

went behind the scenes of what it is that I'm doing here. We looked at how it's possible

to build something that you can run as a business from a laptop and that sort of thing. He

asked me a lot of questions about how it all works and what all the moving parts are. And in case
