two articles, both from the New York Times, but taking slightly different tax as we talk about

not a cult navigation. The first is us and them is all the rage.

And I think that one's written by David French, who I think most people have not heard of.

I mean, except like nine years ago, I think William Crystal from, he used to be a famous neocon, but he gets mentioned.

Yeah, Bill Crystal.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And, but, you know, he became a never-trumper.

And I think in 2016, he recommended David French to be the never-Trump candidate in 2016

to try to, like, wrestle back the nomination from Trump or something like that.

And everyone was like, who the fuck is David French?

So that didn't go well.

Just another in a long line of failures from Bill Crystal.

And then the other one, similar, what our broken politics owe to the Nazi

jurist Carl Schmidt. And both of these articles talk about Carl Schmidt, so we're just

kind of sort of mush them together and talk about different elements as we see fit. So,

funny enough, one of these articles, I'm not sure which, says, what we've been witnessing in the last decade is millions of Americans constructing a different moral superstructure.
