the Left. Amanda's with me. And we've got some quotes and some clips to share, but we're

talking about the mental stress that we're all experiencing. But the specific element

of that, mostly about the, I mean, the drain, the mental, the, the, the, the, the, the

attack, the, the attack, the, the loss of being able to do what you normally could do.

And, and the sort of fog that that creates, that has been my specific experience. So we're

going to be talking about our own experience. But as I said, pulling quotes and some clips

from elsewhere. So to start, I would just say that it was just after, I mean, we already

talked a little bit about mental taxation. Yeah. We did a little bonus episode about that.

And my experience with that, that was what a year ago I approximately. My experience

with that was, I think that was actually a short one. I think it was like 20, 25 minutes.

And I had to take a nap immediately after. I was like, I'm, okay, I'm spent, I'm completely

spent. And then when I actually went to post the show, I mean, there's a lot, I mean,

there are several elements that go into taking a recorded show or as the normal show,

you know, a collection of clips, like, you know, editing it together or cleaning it up or

doing the notes paid, you know, there's just like a lot of little, a little fiddly bits.

Yeah, a little bit. They go into it. And my experience with posting that show was,

well, and all of them since then, but that's when I really felt it is, it felt like I was

on a drug. It felt like I was, I had taken Advil PM and then someone had made through it.

Yeah. Like someone said, here's some, you know, math equations to solve. And an Advil PM,
