Kevin Stavansky, since they had that playoff win, his teams have underachieved the last two years.

Now he got a little bit of a pass probably this 2022 season just because they didn't get to Sean Watson until the 11th game.

And offensively, they overachieved with Jacoby Brasette, but their defense was a disaster all year.

And they ended up firing two out of their three coordinators in the off season, which I think the next step once that happens is if you have another down year of the head coach goes.

If you look at the teams that retain that retained coaches in the off season, Danny, how many of them go into a spot like Stavansky where if they don't make the playoffs, the coach is probably going to be fired.
