I'm not a time management expert, but I have a feeling if you were talking to one, they

would tell you that what you put in your calendar first shows what your priorities are.

And I've come to realize that if I don't put the most important people in first, my schedule

gets filled up, my calendar gets filled up, and I get depleted.

So I'm trying to put the most important people in.

And today I'm sharing an idea with you that will help you do the same.

It's the GCM Podcast Club and you may be asking what in the world Heather, what is a

podcast club?

Well, imagine a book club, but for podcasts, so take away the guilt if you don't read the

book with all of the benefits of being with your people.

Because I don't know about you, but motherhood can be really hard for me and especially those

voices in my head that keep telling me, I'm doing it wrong, I'm a failure, I'm not

enough.

If I don't get with my girlfriends and say those things out loud, I start to believe them.

I start to think that I'm completely ruining my children and I get way off the

kilter.

Yeah, Heather, I'm having the same struggle.

I had dinner party last week and it was so great to be with two other couples with lots

of kids in their family and we could just say, yeah, it's chaotic.

Yeah, it's challenging to have so many personalities that were in charge of shaping and training

and loving, but then we also called each other up.

What could we do to really be intentional with our kids?
