Summary

We return to one of our favorite places to investigate in St. Augustine, the Dixie House. We had seven listeners join us on this one and we captured some great evidence including: ghost bells ringing, REM Pods going off, weird light anomalies and full on conversations over the Portal. 0:30.0	Okay, so we originally visited the Dixie House for an investigation back in June of, was it,

0:38.3	I believe so, yes.
0:39.5	So it was last year, so last summer, yeah.
0:41.9	With my sister and her family, and this was episode 493.
0:46.7	So we decided to return again when we did our live show in August of 2024. We needed something to do the Friday night before the live show.
0:55.6	We're like, hey, what have we rented that house and had some listeners come join us for that?

1:03.9	the live show in St. Augustine. It was so wonderful to meet all of you in person. Some of
1:08.4	you we saw again because we've met you before. We had people who came from
1:12.2	all over Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina,
1:17.0	and Maryland. And for the Ghost Hunt, we had Bailey O. We had Bailey L. who also you will hear as Eli as we're going through this
1:27.0	investigation and Lizzy and both Bailey L or Eli and Lizzie,
1:33.0	our tour guides in Savannah.
1:34.7	Yeah, how fun is that?
1:35.8	So that was very cool.

1:40.5	came down from Maryland with his wife and two daughters and so we had a full house
