And today's episode is going to be a little bit different because I'm going to be covering the Delphi trial.

So if you are familiar with this case, then you know

that the trial for the Delphi murders started last week. Richard Allen has been arrested and is

accused of murdering Libby German and Abigail Williams on February 13th of 2017 after

encountering them on a bridge and then famously telling them to go down the hill

when Liberty had the frame of mind to open up her phone and actually record the person who

was telling them to go down the hill. So this case has been very widely known and very

extensively covered. So if you do need to refamiliarize yourself with

this story, I do have an episode on it. There's also a ton of content out there on podcasts and

YouTube channels. And I think there's even been like mainstream media dedicated to this case.

So as I cover this, it's going to be pretty unscripted.

Usually I like to kind of write things out nicely and tie it up with a nice little bow. This is not

going to be like that, but I am going to do my best to keep everything organized and chronological

so that you don't miss anything. And also before I get started, I do want to make you all

aware that this trial is not being publicized or recorded or anything anywhere. So any kind of

information you're getting from what's happening inside the courtroom is coming from handwritten

notes from people who are inside the courtroom. There's no video,

there's no audio recording. So you're really depending on people's accounts that are actually

inside the courtroom. So I've pulled together multiple sources, but I am often going to be
