of my crossover series with Bob Mata and Darren Wood from the Defense Diaries, where we discussed

in depth the case of Anthony Garcia, serial killer if you want to paint him with that brush,

from the Omaha, Nebraska area.

Garcia was convicted of murdering four people all with ties to Creighton University over

a five-year period.

In this, our final part of our series, we wrap up the trial, the sentencing, and life

after the trial ended.

We also discuss a few interesting topics and dive down some completely unrelated rabbit

holes as usual.

Basically, we're at this kind of way of trial works as you have all the motion work that

takes place after you get to discovery, after the discovery is tendered by the state

over to us, which in this case, as you've heard, we developed another case that we had

to investigate entirely along with the two cases that we were defending our client on.

We filed all the appropriate motions, motions to suppress statements, all kinds of stuff,

tons and tons of motions.
