Welcome back. This is part two of my deep dive into the Anthony Garcia case with Bob

Mata of the Fantastic Podcast, The Defense Diaries. Bob was part of Anthony Garcia's defense

team five years ago when this serial killer was tried for the murder of four people.

Now people call Anthony Garcia a serial killer, and I'm putting that in air quotes that

you obviously can't see because he killed four victims over the course of a few years.

But to me, it takes much more than that to be a serial killer, including a certain

MO that I think was just not present in Anthony Garcia. I do think he was a very mentally

disturbed psychopath who felt jaded by the medical community and decided to seek revenge

in the form of murder. But I don't think he was a serial killer.

In fact, the rabbit holes that Bob Mata led me down in this next part of our Anthony

Garcia series make me wonder if Anthony Garcia even really did it. Bob's thought provoking

theories on this case leave room for reasonable doubt as to whether these four murders could

have been completely unrelated and committed by someone else entirely.

Just like in part one, we do jump around a little bit because this case spanned the

course of years and there is just so much to it. And as you'll notice, Bob, well, he

really likes to talk. So this next part is all about Bob with not a whole lot of Kelly
