0:09.0	There is so much that has happened in the past week for us to discuss today.

0:15.0	Well, the big news is the Missing Persons Bureau in the New South Wales Police Force.
0:19.2	I mean, I saw an article in the News Limited press May 5 the New South Wales Police Missing
0:26.0	Persons Unit will be disbanded amid fears dozens of families have been living in limbo.
0:32.0	Do we know any more about this?
0:33.2	Yeah, well apparently I actually applied for more information from the New South
0:39.0	Wales Police Force and they have said to us that they are reviewing the operations of the missing persons unit.
0:45.0	They haven't said, you know, haven't commented on the article itself.
0:49.0	And the process involves examining the current structure, staffing and objectives of the unit.
0:55.6	And no determination has been made and there will be no further comment until the plans are finalised.
1:00.7	But that to me, when I get responses like that from authorities is yes that
1:06.3	article is correct and they will be disbanded. Yeah it seems like that they're
1:12.0	big issues.
1:13.7	Apparently it was a failure at leadership level.
1:16.7	And they're going to be looking at putting new measures or a new unit in place
1:22.1	or putting into State Crime Command is what they're looking at
1:26.2	as one of the other potential things that they'll do. So yeah, it's quite a damning indictment on on New South Wales police and
