Yeah look we've been saying for a while because they have been telling me that it's

potentially going to inquest and throwing around some dates and obviously basing it on brief

of evidence coming from the homicide squad.

However, I have been in contact with the Crown

solicitors who are representing legally for the coroner at Inquest and they have sent me a letter stating that we are going

to Inquest and it can now be made public. Yeah, and let me just jump in just to impress upon everyone listening in Australia and around the world how big this is.

A coronial inquest is basically like a court trial presided over by the coroner

who acts as the judge with all the powers of a court and it is the I guess the strongest instrument the state has to investigate the

disappearance and suspected death of a person and right from the outset and we'll talk about that. It was the goal of Sally,

inquest because when we started, Marion Barta officially wasn't missing.
