As we said with Conversations, we would wait until we had something to tell you before we would hold them.

We always have a lot to tell you but this week we have special news, another milestone,

another hurdle that we've cleared.

Yeah, sure.

I had a phone call from Gary Sheen,

who's the detective on the case last week and he was ringing me just with an update on a few things he'd been pretty busy on another case

So I hadn't heard from him for a little bit, so it was good to hear back from him with those updates.

And one of them was that the New South Wales coroner had made a decision that there was enough evidence to show that there was jurisdictional.

The New South Wales is the jurisdiction for her to hear the case.

Yeah, so she decided that there was enough evidence to show that mom was residing or

activity in New South Wales for her to take it on and have a look at it to decipher whether we were going to go to a

coronal inquest or not. And this is very significant because this had been an

ongoing issue or a bug bear of ours because there was a fear that it would be

transferred to Queensland that the New South Wales coroner would decide no there's not

enough evidence that New South Wales should be hearing this and

fortunately that wasn't the case I mean to us it always seemed like a no-brainer I mean

...
