from 1,200 Skoville Heat Units, all the way up to 2 million plus Skoville heat units and just for

comparison sake a Hollopeno pepper is usually around 5,000 to 8,000 like eating one right off the vine.

So 2 million Skoville is very, very hot.

So we're going to do this in a very simple way.
