A few months ago, me and Liam O'Donnell, the writer-director of Beyond Skyline,

did a commentary track for that film to celebrate the release of the third film in the series, Skylines.

Well, that film has come out.

You can now find it on Netflix, and I am happy to present to you a commentary track with the writer-director, Liam O'Donald, for Skylines. Now, I am not included on this track because it was recorded for the Blu-ray release of the film, but it did not end up making it on the disc. So here you can listen to

it for free. All you have to do is watch Skylines, go, man, it would be really fun to hear

all the behind-the-scenes story from its writer-director, and then bring it up on your Blu-ray, on VOD,

or on Netflix, and I will count you down to when you should hit play.

Hello, I am writer, director, producer of Skyline's Liam O'Donnell.

What you're hearing right here is the track Trent Noir, done by a good friend of mine, Anthony Scott Burns,

a fantastic director and amazing musician as well, known as Pilot Priest.

We met about 10 years ago at hydraulics after I saw some of Anthony shorts, and we talked about

projects, and sometimes that's projects and, you know,

sometimes that's just the way things work and I needed a synth track for Trent's theme.

I wanted something sort of badass and a throwback to a sort of carpenter score.

And Anthony's new movie Come True had come out and I remembered that he was excellent at this

and it became a really

cool late addition to the movie Sonically. So there's definitely, I've always wanted to do

an opening narration, something like this. That was one of my favorite movies. I think you

probably tell from watching this is the Fellowship of the Ring, and this is like, what's the Skyline's version of a Lord of the Rings opening narration?

And it's multiple purposes for it.
