0:04.4	what kind of mindset it takes to grow in any craft regardless of being a rilter and investor
0:09.8	or a small business owner and just grow every single day how to overcome adversity, how to be
0:15.2	inspired, how to always want to get better. I think you're going to really enjoy it.
0:18.4	Once you develop the skills like you have, right, then you start thinking about things differently
0:24.0	and we talked about this off camera about, okay, I've got these skills is the way I've been using
0:30.9	these skills, the best use of them, right? So it's like originally you start as a buyer's agent
0:35.9	and it's like, yeah, man, you could be a buyer's agent but holy cow, it's not very scalable.
0:40.7	No. You know, and it's a lot headache, but then you take those same skills and apply it to
0:45.7	just listings and like all of a sudden, this is way easier. I can get way more deals. I can do this.
0:51.3	Then you take it a step further and you start saying, well, what if I only did listings for luxury?
0:58.7	Then you're starting to just see like that same skill being used in a much more efficient manner.
1:03.6	Yep. Yeah, for sure. That's probably led to more growth than anything.
1:08.1	So my mentor, for every five deals, he does, I do one. And we joke about it all the time.
1:15.6	When he was like, man, if I would have started, when you started, when I was your age, doing what
1:19.8	you were doing, I'd be on a yacht right now. Like, like, it's incredible because I don't want to
1:24.9	work this hard. Right. So I understood that after getting that first $30,000 commission check
1:30.5	and now to fast forward five years later in the business is not necessarily about the money.
1:35.6	It's about the efficiency and the time and the freedom that I get along with that. And now the
1:41.6	scalability factor is how do I take those same skills that I've acquired from going from buyer's
1:46.3	agent to listing agent from listing agent to team leader from team leader to now business owner
1:51.1	and then multiple business owner to then then duplicate those skills and embed those skills into
