0:00.0	On this podcast clip, I had Tim Bratzon. For those of you who don't know Tim, he owns over
0:04.4	4,000 multi-family unit apartment buildings. Now, this clip is over a year old, and so this
0:10.8	was before I personally started buying apartments, but it's good to look back at it because I can
0:16.7	fully credit Tim with pushing me to pursue starting funds and buying apartment buildings. Without
0:22.3	him, I wouldn't have did it. And in fact, shortly after this podcast clip, him and I bought our
0:27.3	first apartment building together. So I think it's really cool to look back and see how he
0:32.3	accumulated what he's accumulated and then be able to see what kind of actually happened after
0:38.0	this podcast episode. So if you're looking into investing in funds or syndication or potentially
0:42.4	starting your own, I think you're going to like this clip. You know, I guess for our audience who's
0:46.2	unfamiliar with you, why don't you give them a brief backstory of how the heck did you get the
0:50.8	4,800 rental units? Well, here's the thing, man. I am a blue collar kid from Cleveland, Ohio,
0:56.0	right? Like I, my dad was a cop. My mom was a teacher. I went to public school, grew up in a
1:01.2	B class neighborhood, and you know, we're tired of school. I was told to go to school, get good grades,
1:07.2	you can get a good job. That whole story. And my dad was a full-time police officer, but he had this
1:12.1	part-time business that was like personnel security that would help out with, you know, essentially
1:17.6	the personnel at a hotel or at a foundry or a factory or at a apartment building in Cleveland, Ohio.
1:24.5	And he made more in his part-time business than he did in his full-time job. And, you know,
1:29.1	he's telling me to go to school, get a good grades, get a good job. And I'm like, but dad, you're making
1:33.6	two, three times as much money in your part-time business than you are in your full-time job. So
1:36.4	it just, I was at least aware enough that it didn't equate in my mind that I should go and get a
1:42.4	good job. I thought I was like, I want to be a business owner. And so it was an early on, it was
1:47.1	a lot of the money, right? And so when I went to college, I tried finance, and then I went into
