On today’s podcast, I have four time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler on. This was one of my favorite episodes of the podcast because I got to pick his brain on nutrition, body building, and things I’ve been wondering about my health. Along with that, we talked about what kind of discipline and consistency it takes to become a four time champion. To dominate an industry for a decade is really cool to hear about, as well as the amount of discipline he had, and how he transferred what he learned in that career to business. We go over in depth how he was the pioneer of what bodybuilders can do to make money, and the ventures he’s started since then. That includes supplements, training programs, and how he’s transitioning with social media and using that business. It’s a really great episode in all aspects if you’re trying to increase your health and get better at that, as well as some business principles and disciplines that you’re going to like!

I literally get up every day and I, it's the same thing.
