This had been going on for probably eight months on and off and stabbing pain. And anyone who has

experienced this or is dealing with this, it is a pain like no other in the morning. And it's basically

your muscle is so tight. And it's it can hit you at any age. People have said to me,

oh, is that something that happens to you when you're old? No, young people, young athletes have

it. Everyone has it. Or hopefully you won't have it or get it. But I had

exhausted everything. I had rolled my foot on a water bottle. I had worn some weird brace. Um,

and I'm continuing to still do that. I want to be really clear. There's, I don't think there's

one thing, one miracle cure for anyone. But the thing that really helped me was we went and met Christy and Richard at Hempharmacy, and I got a CBD roll on.
