0:44.8	The Stony Brook Apartments are complex of federally subsidized low-income housing in Palm Beach
0:49.3	County, Florida, just 10 miles from Mara Lago.
0:53.2	For the past several years, residents have complained about degraded and dangerous living
0:57.1	conditions, including physical neglect in the presence of asbestos and black mold.
1:02.3	According to the tenants, these complaints have not been addressed by the management
1:05.1	company, Melania Housing, which is based out of Cleveland and manages a number of similar
1:09.5	properties around the country.
