0:56.5	think the biggest difference in compensation packages going from a job where I'm offered a pension in addition to standard benefits to a job that is more of a startup

1:21.6	About 140,000. Okay. And what's the range of salary that you think you would

1:35.0	So I don't know exactly, but I think what seems more feasible
1:40.0	is that it probably has to be close to 200,000 in order to make up the gap is what I'm thinking.
