Here's a bonus episode where I joined the Max Roundtable, hung out with Doug Amos and the folks up at ESB and the ticket in Montgomery.

I want to start with Carnell Williams.

I had an opportunity, Zach, to visit with him for 15, 20 minutes.

I played about 10 of them on our TV show this morning. He was the host of the Kevin

Turner Golf Tournament on Monday, which is where I was doing the Jim 5 thing and the KT thing.

And one of the things that he said that I believe probably is going to lend to much better news this fall for

Auburn football, maybe even as much as the roster improvement.

And that is the cohesiveness of a staff.

He literally put a lot of emphasis on that.

And I have to believe, Zach, that a lot of it was kind of in comparing the feeling in the coach's offices now compared to the feeling in the coaches offices a year ago.

Yeah, I mean, it seems like it's a night and day difference, which is exciting.

And I think you can kind of zero in on a few different ways that it's a night and day difference.

But, you know, when when Hugh Freeze was putting together the staff,

I mean, it kind of took them a little bit to announce these

coordinators, right? And once he got the coordinators, then everything kind of fell into place after

that. Of course, he started with Cornell Williams, and then, you know, he ended with adding some of

these position coaches. But they seem to all have a role. And it seems like your coordinators are going to be more of your

scheme and they'll do some recruiting of course but all these position groups are dudes that

are good at making their positions better but also they just want to they want to do everything

it takes to get more talented players in their rooms and on this roster moving forward.

And that's what Cadillac's been able to do ever since he started his coaching career or continued his coaching career at Auburn.

I mean, that's been very, very consistent.
