0:39.0	They just haven't been very many IPOs for 18 months, 2 years. We had a huge tag boom over the course of the pandemic.
0:46.8	There was a lot of money invested into private tech companies that were all chomping at the bit to go public right at the moment when the market crashed.

1:00.0	that don't make much of a profit,
1:02.0	which was a lot of those private tech companies.
